Madeley Precision Engineering Ltd provide high precision CNC machining services including CNC milling, CNC turning and surface, cylindrical and centreless grinding.
We can offer standalone CNC machining and/or grinding services or a 'one-stop' service for customers looking to save time and money combining these requirements with one supplier within one facility. We can machine castings, forgings and various metals including special metals such as molybdenum.
We have a range of CNC 5 Axis, Horizontal and Vertical machining centres, CNC Lathes including a 9 Axis Twin Spindle Bar Feed along with various surface, cylindrical and centreless grinding machines. We also have a CNC Robotic Wash machine for applications that require a high degree of cleanliness. We can handle CNC milling up to one cubic metre, and CNC turning up to 900mm diameter.
We can arrange and manage any outside treatments required and offer assembly services too in order to deliver a complete bespoke manufacturing solution for customers.
We also specialise in manufacturing filter electrodes for spectro-analysers demanding extremely high tolerance machining and grinding.
We have a well equipped inspection facility and a highly experienced and competent team of production personnel.
